With 20+ years' experience in corporate L&D and professional writing, I specialize in creating courses, training materials, job aids, and performance support tools that are clear, accurate, and built for real-world use.
My Story
I fell in love with learning in the first grade and never looked back.
Eventually, I earned a B.S.Ed. and Teacher Certification from West Chester University and my M.Ed. in Instructional Systems from Penn State University. I have been an instructional designer and writer for more than 20 years. Recently, I added a new credential--a Certificate in Professional Writing from the University of Pennsylvania.
Applying my education and experience, I specialize in creating courses, training materials, procedures, job aids, and performance support tools that are clear, accurate, and built for real-world use. I'm particularly skilled at taking dense, technical, or compliance-heavy content and making it accessible without dumbing it down.
